Who may hold an account
Players must be at least 18. Each person may keep a single account, and the same limit applies to a household, an e-mail, a phone number and an IP address. Registration details have to agree with your identity documents, which fall due within 30 days of our asking.
Bonus rules
A welcome stage needs at least £20 and must be switched on in My Bonus before you stake that deposit; payments by Skrill or Neteller do not count. The stages are wagered 20x on deposit plus bonus, with free-spin wins at 40x, inside 10 days. On the Weekend Reload, deposit plus bonus carries 35x. While a bonus is live, stakes stop at £100 a bet, and release is capped at 10x the bonus. You may hold one bonus at once, and a withdrawal request cancels it.
How games count
Every stake on slots, keno or scratch cards counts 100%. Monopoly, Dream Catcher and Crazy Time count 50%. Live games, video poker and certain instant games count 10%, and standard table and card games, like titles on the excluded list, count 0%.
Cashing out
Requests are reviewed in up to 3 business days by a finance team working weekdays from 6:00 to 17:00 GMT. No more than three may be pending. Withdrawing a deposit that has not been played through 1x costs a 10% fee, and funds return by the deposit route.
VIP assessment
Your level depends on activity during the last 90 days.
